Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gul watch. If you change your mind, you have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it.
How to make a return:

Contact us: Send an email to return@gulwatches.com. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

Receive your return details: We will reply with a return number, a return form, and the address to send your watch to.

Pack and send: Fill out the provided form and enclose a copy inside the package.
Return Conditions & Packaging:

The returned watch must be unused and fitted with its original strap/bracelet.

You do not need to return the original display box, but the watch must be sent in a well-padded, hard envelope to prevent damage during transit.

Note: If a returned watch arrives damaged or shows signs of wear, the refund will be appropriately reduced.
Refund Information: Once your return is inspected and approved, you will be refunded the purchase price. Please note that original shipping costs, taxes, and any incurred customs charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund. Customers are responsible for the return postage and shipping charges.
Self-Designed Watches: Because custom-built watches are made specifically for you, we reserve the right to apply a disassembling charge if you choose to return a self-designed watch.
